Due to the nature of acceleration training a 25 minute session on the Pro6 PowerPlate can achieve a similar effect to 1 hour in the gym carrying out traditional exercises. To achieve the best results, three sessions a week are recommended. We also appreciate the important part recovery plays in ensuring you achieve your fitness goals so all of our sessions include appropriate stretching and recovery massage.
The body’s response to the 3 plane vibration created by the Plate results in what’s termed “the tonic vibration reflex,” when every muscle involuntarily contracts. This means that not only do you exercise voluntarily or “consciously” on the plate, but your muscles are forced to “involuntarily reflex” or unconsciously contract at the same time!
